All Items are Sold As Or All Sales Final. Due to the nature of these product, no returns will be accepted.

Shipping is paid on all in stock or mailed items. I've prepaid your shipping in advance to have your items in stock.

Should you have a true manufactures defect please connect with Amy Cook to first trouble shoot your issue. From there if a manufactures defect is found & can't be fixed via trouble shooting a replacement for the same item or an item of equal value can be requested. Manufactures defect claims run the span of 30 days unless listed with the purchase of a cleansing mist accessory cleaner (when the item is a bedroom accessory). Extended warranty may be offered with select brands we carry and should be directed to those manufactures. Please keep a copy of your dated receipt as proof of purchase.
