Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for eligible items that meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • Product is in unused resalable condition.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following once they have been opened, used, or removed from their original sealed packaging:

If one of these products arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number.

  • Provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund

  • Another appropriate resolution at our discretion

Do not discard damaged items until instructed to do so.

How to Start a Return

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
